Processing time is up to 48hs after order is placed (business days only).

Once shipped, delivery usually takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Please keep in mind weekends and holidays are not considered business days. For example, if you place an order on a Friday, processing will begin on the following Monday.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Feel free to contact us.

We understand that mistakes happen! You can request a change of address within the first few hours of placing your orders.

However, once the shipping label has been purchased (which usually happens within 24 hours), any changes will require a new shipping label.

This means you will need to pay for shipping again, even if your original order qualified for free shipping, as the address change is not a mistake on our part.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or if the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you. We also recommend checking with your local postal carrier and neighbors first, as packages sometimes get scanned early or delivered to nearby addresses.
