Once shipped, delivery usually takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

We understand that mistakes happen! You can request a change of address within the first few hours of placing your orders.

However, once the shipping label has been purchased (which usually happens within 24 hours), any changes will require a new shipping label.

This means you will need to pay for shipping again, even if your original order qualified for free shipping, as the address change is not a mistake on our part.

We also recommend checking with your local postal carrier and neighbors first, as packages sometimes get scanned early or delivered to nearby addresses.
